I’ve been absent for a while. I had travel for work, and I’m spending a lot of time training up our good friend, Roo. But the last few days have given me a bit of a respite.
Today is St. Patrick’s Day. My mother used to make corned beef and cabbage every year when we were young. This year we are in different cities, and she’s with friends watching a movie, so I made corned beef and cabbage because-tradition and because the leftovers of this meal are a reuben.
